If you would like to get on the BYC Marina waitlist for a slip or dry storage please submit the waitlist application and a current photo of your vessel.

New Tenant Forms

What you need once you have been assigned a slip or dry storage at Brickyard Cove Marina. Note all items MUST be recieved before arrival of the vessel.

  3. Signed copy of Marina Rules and Regulations
  4. Automatic Payment Authorization (optional)
  5. Welcome Survey (to be completed by Marina staff upon arrival of vessel)

Please note that we require original signatures. We will accept faxes and e-mailed forms for placement on waitlist and general information as a placeholder until originals arrive. Please email, hand deliver or send via regular mail any photos. Please do not fax photos as they use up a lot of black ink and usually do not print out well.
